Greenwoods Middelburg sits on Plein 1940, right in the heart of the old town. A bright space, warm walls, and the kind of unhurried atmosphere that Zeeland does well.
Breakfast is done properly. Lunch runs long. And from 2pm we serve our classic English High Tea — a three-tiered tower of sandwiches, sweets, scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, and a pot of tea of your choice.
It's the sort of place you sit down in, order one thing, and then decide you might as well stay for more.

From two o'clock onwards, Greenwoods Middelburg serves High Tea. A three-tiered tower of savoury sandwiches, an assortment of sweets, and the classic scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam — alongside a pot from our full tea selection.
Or keep it simple with a Cream Tea: one scone, clotted cream, strawberry jam, and a pot of whatever takes your fancy.
