Can I trust Greenwoods?

Absolutely we have two restaurants in Amsterdam with more scheduled to open next year so we are easy to find! We are a fully registered Dutch BV and have been trading for over 25 years.

Which property is best for my trip?

If you are not sure then please call or email us and we will help you to decide based on your criteria. We speak dutch, English, german and french

Is the property suitable for children?

Generally speaking yes of course, but it is ultimately your responsibilty to care for your childs safety, we have done our best but caution is always advised.

What are the cancellation policies?

We take full payment at the time of booking. If you cancel one month before your visit you will receive a full refund. Two weeks before you get 50% refund. If you cancel one week or less before arrival sadly we will not be able to refund your booking.

What payment methods do you offer?

All the major credit cards, bank transfer or cash

What do I need to bring with me?

Your clothes, phones and personal effects – we try to provide everything else.

How do I get to the apartments?

Its very easy – you can take the train from the airport to Amsterdam Central Station, there you can get tram, 1,2 or 5 which stops at the Keizersgracht 2 minutes walk from the apartment (if you walk slowly!).  Or we can arrange for a cab for you. Or you can walk from central station which takes about 25 minutes.
